Titanium Grade23(UNS R56401) is an alpha-beta alloy based on Grade 5. It is the higher purity version of grade 5 by reducing the amount of interstitial elements (O, N, C) and improved stress corrosion cracking. The properties of good strength, lightweight, good corrosion resistance and high toughness making it especially suited for thick-wall highly stressed parts such as the ultimate dental and medical application.
