Specifications

Nickel and Nickel based alloy referred to the alloy’s main elemental contents of Ni, Cu, Cr, Fe and Mo. Those alloys are characterized by its combination performance of high corrosion resistance and heat resistance ability at temperatures 650 ~ 1000 ℃.
According to the main properties, it can be divided into heat resistant alloy, corrosion resistant alloy, wear resistant alloy, nickel base precision alloy and nickel base shape memory alloy. According to its main alloy elements content such as chromium, molybdenum and copper, it can be divided:
Ni-Cr- Mo alloy (Inconel 600 series)
Ni-Cr- Fe alloy (Incoloy 800 series)
Ni- Cu (Monel alloy)
Ni-Mo (Fe) and Ni-Cu-Mo (W, Cu) (Hastelloy series)
Pure Nickel and low alloy Nickel (Nickel 200/201)

Areas of application:

  1. Marine environment: Marine structures, desalination, aquaculture, and heat exchange of seawater, etc.
  2. Environmental protection field: flue gas desulfurization device of thermal power generation, wastewater treatment, etc.
  3. Power plants: nuclear power generation, comprehensive utilization of coal, tidal power generation, etc.
  4. Chemical and Petrochemical field: oil refining, chemical equipment, etc.
  5. Food field: salt making, soy sauce brewing, etc.
