UNS S32750, often referred to as Alloy 2507, contains 25% chromium and 7% nickel in addition to a small percentage of copper to enhance its general corrosion resistance. This super duplex grade offers high strength and excellent resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion and chloride stress corrosion cracking. It is widely used in marine, oil and gas exploration/production and heat exchangers in petrochemical/chemical processing.
